On this route you will pass the villages of De Zilk and Vogelenzang. Next, the route leads through the estates of Oud Woestduin, Leyduin and Vinkenduin to the wooded area of Aerdenhout. Crossing through the parkland Brouwerskolkpark you will enter the National Park De Kennemerduinen. Through this beautiful nature reservation park you will head for the ruins of the old Brederode Castle. Next on this route you will pass the nature reservation area Duin en Kruidberg. Returning through De Kennemerduinen, passing the Vogelmeer and the Kraansvlak (another nature reservation area), accross the Oude Trambaan, you will cycle on the south boulevard of the seaside resort of Zandvoort. Passing through the Zeereep dunes, this last stretch will bring you back in Noordwijkerhout.
- Please be aware that all distances are given in kilometers. One Mile is approx. 1.6 km.
- The length of this route may be reduced to either 58 or 42 kms. Please see the map for more details.
- A small fee is required to enter the De Kennemerduinen National Park. This ticket covers the entrance of the nature reservation area Duin en Kruidberg as well.

0.0 Starting point is at the White Church in the centre of Noordwijkerhout
Turn (Dorpsstraat) and follow the road to the main road
Pass the crossing en go (Langevelderweg)
After 450 m at the cyclists crossing, continue at the left side
Continue until the bend to the left
1.7 Turn in the bend and continue until the 1st road to the right
2.1 Turn (Duinschooten) and follow this road to the end
4.3 Turn (Vogelaardreef) and continue to the viaduct

Continue on the Regenvlietweg to the end
8.0 Turn <Haarlem and follow the road to the main road

Continue until the bend to the right
9.8 Turn (Tweede Doodweg)
Follow this road to the crossing [Passing Huis te Vogelenzang]
11.3 Turn (Bekslaan) and continue to the sign of Vogelenzang

On the crossing turn <Haarlem; cycle on the left side!
Continue on the road until approx. 150 m beyond the café
12.5 At house no. 170 turn ; enter into the estate of Oud-Woestduin
Continue on the cycle path until the sign verboden toegang
13.1 Turn and continue to the end
13.7 Turn and after 190 m turn
Continue on the path until it splits in front of a wooden shed
14.3 Keep and follow the path until it ends on a main road

Turn directly <Doorgaand Verkeer; cycle on the left!
After 90 m turn (the Vollenhovelaan)
Follow the road to the crossing
17.1 Cross the Zandvoorterweg en go (Enschedéweg)
At the roundabout go and continue to the fork split
17.7 Turn (van Heamstedelaan) and at the crossing go
Continue on this path through the woods to the crossing

Continue this way all to the end; cycle on the left!!

20.4 Pass the crossing and turn <Zandvoort
Follow the cycle path through the park to the end
21.2 Turn and directly (Tetterodeweg)
After 150 m turn and continue this cycle track to the end

At the end of the car park take the cycle path 5

Follow the cycle track until there is a fence

Continue on this cycle track for approx. 1.5 km until a crossing

Follow this cycle track to a fork split close by the lake
34.1 Turn and continue to the next fork split

Follow this cycle track until it ends at a car park

Follow the cycle track to the end on a main road

After 70 m at the small fences, go into the Kraansvlak
Continue on the cycle track to the end at the allotments
